if you are between sizes UK 3 - 5 in your sandal size, your tech strap size could be S
if you are between sizes UK 4 - 8.5 in your sandal size, your tech strap size could be M
if you are between sizes UK 8 - 10.5 in your sandal size, your tech strap size could be L
if you are between sizes UK 9 - 13 or over in your sandal size, your tech strap size is XL
